#BlackComicsMonth – March 3rd – Sanford Greene – Marvel Announces Runaways

*in my Diddy voice* I thought I told you that we won’t stop! Just because February is over and done with, it doesn’t mean that BlackComicsMonth is over. #BlackComicsMonth is still in effect and will be more than likely ending Neveruary 35th. See what I did there?

BlackComicsMonth.com will be updated at least twice a month (so far) on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We’ll be bringing you interviews along with previews and reviews of comics. So without further ado, let’s take a look at yesterday’s Marvel’s Secret Wars Runaways announcement. Runaways features the writings of a talented woman by the name of Noelle Stevenson and also talented artist, Sanford Greene. I just love diversity!

This June, a cult-favorite comes to Battleworld in RUNAWAYS #1 – a brand new Secret Wars series! Rising comic stars Noelle Stevenson (NIMONA, Lumberjanes) and Sanford Greene (Uncanny Avengers) bring you a new twist on a modern Marvel classic that’s sure to appeal to Runaways fans old and new!
