I wasn’t going to post this under the BlackComicsMonth title, but after some “soul searching”, I believe that this is where it belongs. Batman #44 drops tomorrow and without spoiling anything, what happens in this issue is something that needs to be addressed more often in the comics world. The fact that this is the origin story for Mr. Bloom (newest Batman villain), speaks volumes.

There will be a review for Batman #44 on the site tomorrow, til then check out the preview and pick up this issue. Oh and one more thing, the newest Batman arc has POC in prominent positions. If you’re behind on the series, hop on board.
